Suicide Bombing in Pakistan Kills At Least 72


It was a suicide bombing on Thursday in shrine of Sufi saint Lal Shahbaz Qalandar in Sindh’s Sehwan town which has left 72 people dead & over 200 injured. Death toll includes (43 men, 20 children & 9 women). The death toll is expected to rise.

The bomb blasted inside the compound where devotees in large numbers were performing dhamal (a kind of devotional dance).

To be noted that Thursday was an auspicious day which attracted a lot of devotees.

A picture of suspect has also been released. Interestingly, Pakistan police has announced a reward of Rs.1 million for any information about the suspects.

Some reports claimed that ISIS has taken the responsibility for the attack.
